Who Will Attend The Showcase?

The New England Travel Showcase is marketed to hundreds of qualified professional tour operators and travel planners as well as sites and destinations across New England. Forty to fifty suppliers and twenty-five to thirty buyers are usually in attendance for the show.

Reason to Attend

Because this showcase is held in New England, it will be easy to get to, affordable, and a draw for many group travel buyers and suppliers you won’t see at other trade shows.

As New England’s only trade show for the domestic group travel industry, it is about making sure your time and investment will produce results.  In three days suppliers and operators will have time to learn about new products and spark new ideas to create sellable itineraries.  Our packed show schedule means less time away and more time to make and solidify new contacts. Complimentary Pre- and Post-FAM Tours allow buyers to personally experience the area.

Our appointments give group travel buyers one-on-one time with top New England suppliers.  Buyers and suppliers can select appointments on line before the show.  This will give the opportunity to plan your entire New England tour program while at the show. Our evening networking will give you the chance to meet with suppliers you may have missed during the online process.

Tuesday Itinerary Planning Roundtables provide more time to meet and create itineraries that can be sold right away to clients and group leaders. This is unique to the New England Travel Showcase and is a highlight of the conference.

What our attendees have to say

Plymouth County appreciated the opportunity to meet, face to face, with tour operators who know the New England product but especially with those who were at the show to discover what New England has to offer the group tour visitor yet unfamiliar with the New England product.

This is a great show with a targeted audience that already plans on visiting New England. It costs way less than the bigger shows, but is still very well done.
