Rooms have been reserved at the Essex Culinary Resort in Burlington, VT, our conference host hotel. Room rate of $125 per night (plus tax) includes complimentary wi-fi, use of the fitness center, lap pool and outdoor hot tub, morning coffee and afternoon refreshments in the lobby. The resort also has a golf course if you would like to arrive early and play a round, there are cooking classes, walking trails, and a full service spa.
All conference delegates are expected to stay at the host hotel. Please note: A $200 per person surcharge will be added to conference registration if you do not stay at the Essex Culinary Resort. If you live in the Burlington, VT area, please contact Katrina.
Travel Buyers are responsible for their accommodation cost for Thursday June 8 (if participating in the Pre-FAM), Sunday June 11 and Monday June 12.
