Travel Planners and Tour Operators (Buyers) that will participate in the Pre-FAM should arrive Thursday evening, as we will have an early start on Friday.

Buyers are responsible for their hotel cost for this night.

Buyers that are participating on the Pre-Fam will return to the Red Jacket Resort. The afternoon is yours to do as you wish.

9am-10am- Mating Session-Use this time to fill open appointment slots.

10:15am-12:30pm- Prescheduled Appointments- Learn about group opportunities in New England!

Buyers will visit with Suppliers at their table-top displays.

12:30-1:45- Lunch

2:00-5:00- Prescheduled Appointments

Buyers will visit with Suppliers at their table-top displays. An afternoon break will be provided.

5:00- Suppliers may breakdown table-top displays.

6:00-9:00- Evening networking event. Location TBA (Buyers and Suppliers) Transportation will be provided.

Plymouth County appreciated the opportunity to meet, face to face, with tour operators who know the New England product but especially with those who were at the show to discover what New England has to offer the group tour visitor yet unfamiliar with the New England product.

This is a great show with a targeted audience that already plans on visiting New England. It costs way less than the bigger shows, but is still very well done.
